Equilibrium synthétise jazz, folk/world, classique, minimalisme et avant-garde dans un mélange d’improvisation libre et de composition originale.  L’artiste iranienne Mona Matbou Riahi, rejoint pour la première fois le groupe à la clarinette pour présenter leur nouvel album Lento. Le guitariste Mikkel Ploug et Mona se sont rencontrés au Luxembourg lors du festival Reset à neimënster.

La chanteuse norvégienne Sissel Vera Pettersen a travaillé avec des artistes tels que Chick Corea et Marylin Mazur. Sissel est également la directrice artistique du festival Trondheim Voices (Norvège). Le guitariste danois Mikkel Ploug connu pour son travail avec le saxophoniste Mark Turner et le compositeur primé Bent Sørensen, compose et joue de la guitare. Mikkel a remporté le prix du « Meilleur album de jazz de 2020 » décerné par Morningstar UK pour son dernier album solo et a été salué par Downbeat et Jazztimes.

Mikkel won “Best jazz album of 2020” in Morningstar UK for his latest solo release and has received critical acclaim from jazz media such as Downbeat and Jazztimes.
