DZ’OB is an electroacoustic band from Dnipro, Ukraine striving to combine classical music tradition with a contemporary electronic approach. Eventually, DZ’OB not only synthesizes completely different genres, but the band comes up with their unique, eclectic sound that blurs the line between epochs, schools and traditions.  With the same radicalism in musical technique, DZ'OB treats songs of the most eccentric electronic composers such as Aphex Twin or Squarepusher and mixed them with Shostakovich and Haydn. This results in an inconceivable instrumental metamorphosis: electronic music becomes academic with a wave of a cello bow.
