The 15th anniversary edition of the CinEast festival brings a rich and varied selection of fresh films of all genres and lengths, as well as musical events, exhibitions, debates, and special evenings. This year the festival presents a special Focus on the Czech Republic and the thematic cycle “Communities” and an important part of the program will also be dedicated to Ukraine.

neimënster will host the CinEast’s Opening ceremony as well as numerous screenings of fiction and documentary feature films, short films marathons, and the Kids Show for the youngest cinema-lovers. Festival-goers will be able to meet many guests, take part in debates, including the popular “Women’s event”, and enjoy the extensive photography exhibition Communities (freely accessible at the Cloître Lucien Wercollier). Music and cinema lovers should not miss the ciné-concert with the trio Neuveritelno in the framework of the concert series Pause.
