RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive project aimed at promoting cultural heritage for neimënster
• Organize and develop public outreach activities for heritage mediation
• Collect and analyze historical documentation about neimënster (available in various languages)
• Lead heritage-related projects collaboratively with both internal team members and external stakeholders
• Represent and promote neimënster’s cultural heritage and tourism internally, with partners, and to the public
• Contribute to audience development initiatives
• Conceptualize and propose suitable content for neimënster’s communication channels in relation to heritage

PROFILE : 

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., history, art history, heritage management and valorization, cultural tourism, languages, etc.)
• Excellent command of French, German, and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
• Technical knowledge in project development and management
• Ability to work on projects in a cross-functional manner and with multiple partners
• Capacity to research and collect information and knowledge from various sources
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficiency in contemporary information technology
• Autonomous while maintaining a team spirit
• Familiarity with Luxembourgish and European artistic, cultural, and social networks
