Pour son service Event Management, neimënster recherche un.e Project Manager sous contrat CDI, à temps plein.
MISSIONS:
Operational management and delivery of a variety of events
- Providing detailed advice and guidance on the services, spaces, and facilities our historic 13.000 sqm venue offers
- Ensuring the exemplary execution of commercial events in line with the expectations of the client, considering our cultural heritage
- Planning events and managing several clients while prioritizing conflicting deadlines and dealing effectively with changing requirements
- Centralizing information, ensuring that all necessary event documentation is prepared and documented, including contracts and billing
- Troubleshooting when issues arise and managing internal staff and third-party suppliers during the event
- Reporting on event feedback and attendance and completing summaries after each event
Building, maintaining & developing relationships
- with (potential) clients (CRM), ensuring a full understanding of their needs and ensuring their events are delivered in an exemplary manner, both pre-event and on-site
- with a variety of external suppliers (SRM), focusing on a two-way quality-of-service improvement and establishing mutually beneficial, long-lasting collaborations
Identifying & responding to opportunities
- Handling client inquiries, site visits, vendor presentations, and operations meetings as well as researching and participating in b2b events & travel fairs
- Identifying opportunities, potentially preparing, and submitting bids for larger events, presenting a competitive pitch with creative means
Multimedia and virtual events
- Production of digital or hybrid events with adequate solutions targeted to meet the audience in question (technical equipment, ticketing, …)
PROFILE:
- Education in event management and/or proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in a similar position
- Excellent command of two of the local languages plus a professional proficiency in English
- Organizational, creative, and commercial skills
- Knowledge of the b2b event market in Luxembourg
- Autonomous, while maintaining a team spirit
- Availability to working evenings and on weekends
- Experience in the sector of the food service industry will be considered an asset
